Quickwrite 10/28/09

Love can change a person dramatically. One of my friends was starting to fall for this one girl so he decided to start to hang out with her a lot more than with the group he usually hangs out with. At this time some of his friends got mad but i let them know that he liked that person and after that they were fine with it because they knew they would've done the same thing if they were in that situation. Also there is another one of my friends that broke up with someone over a year a go and still cant get over it. So love can be a good thing or a bad thing.

Children's Stories

I feel that children's stories should have a good story line. Children don't read books for a moral or anything like that. They read them because they are interesting and have enticing plots. Before i read a book I make sure that they are interesting because nothing is worse than getting half way thru a book and being bored with it. If you become bored with a book then you end up with time wasted with that book. Some of my favorite books have interesting plots like this one i read not to long ago where this kid ends up half way round the world just looking for his father. It keeps you interested and it has one of the biggest climax's where it tells you that the kid's father ends up being one of the councilmen in his town.

3rd Anecdote

The last time I saw Daniel was when he moved to Oregon 2 years ago. It was a sad day but we decided to make the best of it. So we decided to just go around causing trouble and having fun. We did everything from ding dong ditching to shooting each other with paintballs. It was a crazy day and a very memorable one. We were upset when he had to leave but in the end the day was full of daring activities and fun.

2nd Anecdote

One time Daniel and I went to Yosemite. While we were there he thought that we could be able to cliff dive into the water. He was mistaken but while we got ready to jump my dad saw us and told us to get down. We did only we jumped down into the water. Even though we got in trouble for not listening we still had to o something daring on our trip

1st anecdote

Time: 2006

Where: Lake Tahoe

Details: Daniel and I were relaxing when he dared me to jump off of the 2nd story of the hotel into the pool. At first I wasn't going to do it but when he offered me 20 dollars i couldn't resist. So after i did it he decided that i could dare him anytime I wanted to but it had to be a reasonable dare. So later on that day we all went to the snow. So I decided to dare Daniel to let me run him over with the inner tube. He agreed and after i ran him over he was still cool about it.

Controlling Impression

My friend Daniel has had a big impact on my life from the little things to the big things. No matter what the situation is he always seems to have a solution to it. I can ask him just about anything even though he may not like the question he will still answer it to the best of his abilities. Not only that but when were bored we usally end up doing stupid things so he's a very daring person
